Psychotherapist

I believe therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make sense of your experiences in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. When so much of life is spent meeting expectations and caring for others, it can be difficult to make room for your own needs and well-being. My goal is to help you feel understood and accepted as you are, while supporting you as you explore what matters most to you.

I work with adolescents (ages 12+), teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, grounded in the belief that each person brings unique experiences, strengths, and values to therapy. I strive to balance compassion and validation with gentle accountability, helping you build self-awareness, navigate difficult emotions, and move toward meaningful change.

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. I tailor our work to your individual needs and goals, whether that means developing practical tools for managing emotions, exploring recurring relationship patterns, or understanding how past experiences shape your present. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, stronger relationships, and a more authentic, fulfilling life.

My clinical experience includes working in intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs, nonprofit organizations, and school-based settings. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the diverse challenges people face and the importance of thoughtful, individualized care. As I work toward independent licensure, I receive ongoing clinical supervision from Dr. Connor Adams and participate in regular consultation with the Palim Health team, supporting my continued development as a clinician and my commitment to providing high-quality care.

I believe growth and self-understanding are lifelong processes, and beginning therapy can be an important step toward creating meaningful change. Therapy isn't about becoming someone you're expected to be; it's about understanding yourself more fully, identifying what matters to you, and finding new ways to navigate life's challenges. You deserve a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment, recognize your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more connected to who you are.
