Build practical skills. Strengthen connection. Create lasting change.

Group therapy offers more than support—it provides a structured space to develop new tools, deepen self-understanding, and connect with others who truly understand.

Living Well with Psychosis: Multi-Family Group

Psychosis doesn’t only affect one person—it impacts relationships, families, and support systems too. Multi-family groups create a space where individuals and their loved ones can learn together, build practical skills, and feel less alone.

This group is designed for people living with psychosis, family members, partners, or other supportive loved ones. Attend on your own or together—family members and loved ones are welcome to attend on their own. Whether you’re navigating symptoms firsthand or supporting someone who is, this group offers tools, understanding, and community.

What to Expect

Starting a therapy group can feel intimidating—but most people quickly find relief in realizing they’re not alone. You’ll be asked to share as you feel comfortable — some group members prefer to mostly listen and focus on learning skills, while others may want to share more. All are welcome!

Here’s what the process looks like:

  1. Reach out to let us know you’re interested in group.

  2. Schedule a free, 15-minute phone consultation to determine fit and answer questions.

    1. If you’re new to our practice, complete a group intake.

    2. If you’re already a client in our practice, your individual therapist can directly enroll you in group.

  3. Join a supportive, respectful, and confidential group environment.

Other key details:

  • Group intakes are a one-time appointment. Intakes are approximately 45 minutes and cost $125. The goal is for the group leader(s) to get to know you and understand your goals for the group, and for you to ask any questions you have that weren’t addressed in the consultation call.

  • Group sessions are billed monthly, at the beginning of each month, at $125 per session. For multi-family groups, price is reduced by $25 per each additional member ($100 for second member, $75 for third member, $50 for fourth member and beyond).
